Weather & Rescheduling

The "Rain Check"

Mobile detailing is weather-dependent. If rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures are forecasted, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to the next available slot to ensure product integrity and a quality finish. Your vehicle deserves our best work, and weather conditions can compromise that.

Client Cancellations

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% cancellation fee applies
  • Less Than 24 Hours or No-Show: Full service fee charged

Mobile Requirements (On-Site)

Space & Access

For safety and quality service, your vehicle must be parked in a location where we have at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides. This allows our team to work safely and deliver the best results.

Work Environment

We cannot perform services on busy public streets or in tight parking garages for safety and liability reasons. Ideal locations include:

  • • Residential driveways
  • • Private parking lots
  • • Business parking areas
  • • Gated communities (with proper access)

Utilities

We operate a fully self-contained mobile unit with our own water supply and power generation. We do not require access to your utilities, making service convenient for you.

Pre-Service Condition & Personal Items

Personal Property

Please remove all personal belongings, car seats, and trash from your vehicle before our arrival. Important notes:

  • • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • • We do not move child safety seats for liability and insurance reasons
  • • Vehicles left unattended must be properly secured

Biohazards

Vehicles containing excessive mold, pet waste, or bodily fluids may be subject to an additional surcharge or refusal of service if not disclosed upfront. Please inform us of any special cleaning needs during booking so we can prepare appropriately.

Liability & Damage

Pre-Existing Damage

A digital walk-around inspection is performed before every service. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions including:

  • • Rock chips and paint cracks
  • • Clear coat failure or peeling
  • • Oxidized or damaged paint
  • • Loose interior trim or panels
  • • Mechanical wear and tear

Mechanical Integrity

We are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical issues that may occur during the normal process of cleaning an engine bay or interior components. We inspect carefully, but cannot account for hidden mechanical issues.

Pricing Note

Our quoted prices are for vehicles in average condition. If your vehicle requires additional time or specialized treatment due to its condition, we reserve the right to adjust pricing on-site before service begins.

Payment & Satisfaction

Deposit Requirement

30% Deposit Required

A 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment and confirm your booking.

  • Deposit Amount: 30% of estimated service cost
  • Purpose: Secures your preferred date and time
  • Application: Deposit is credited toward your final service payment
  • Refund Policy: Refundable with 48+ hours cancellation notice
  • Timing: Deposit due at time of booking to confirm appointment

Payment Timeline

  • 1. At Booking: 30% deposit due to secure appointment
  • 2. Upon Completion: Remaining balance (70%) due immediately after service
  • 3. Final Walk-Through: Payment must be completed before our team departs

Final Inspection & Satisfaction

We require a final walk-through with you at the end of the detail. Once you approve the work and we leave the site, the service is considered complete and satisfactory. If you have any concerns, please address them before we depart. We stand behind our work with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for touch-ups or rework.
